One Week

In one week, I will be getting ready to leave...

Facing the unknown,

A journey to fear and fear.

Places yet to roam,

Tasks yet to come near.

 

Just one week from now,

and then two years past that,

I'll be back in town,

Then sitting here, where I sat.
